The Jewish Study Bible provides the Jewish Publication Society's translation of the Hebrew Bible with detailed notes, survey essays, and introductions written by the top Jewish biblical scholars.

The NOAB is a good study Bible that alerts readers to textual and translation variants that are key to susccessfully completing an exegesis project. It is important to use other translations to better understand the interpretive decisions made by the editors of this Bible.
